With advanced sealing technology developed over half a century, we provide a high-speed production line from products filling to shipping that can handle various trays such as natto, tofu, and rice.
Natto filling and packaging system
This is an integrated high-speed system that fills the container with natto, adds the coating, sauce, and mustard, inspects, seals the lid, arranges it in the container, and packs it in cardboard boxes.
Material supply system
This is a labor-saving system in which a robot automatically picks up containers packed in cardboard boxes and sets them in a machine.
Continuous natto filling and sealing system
This is a continuous high-speed system that fills the container with natto, film, sauce and mustard and seals the lid.
Tray caser and container stacking system
Products sent from the filling machine are aligned in the container and stacked to the specified number of layers.
Wrap around caser
This is a multi-item system that can handle 2-packs and 3-packs stacking of the banded container.
Tofu filling and packaging system
This is a high-speed system that fills the container with tofu and performs film sealing and trimming.
Continuous tofu filling and sealing system
Due to the unique box motion and double sealing method, a longer sealing time can be achieved, resulting in optimal sealing strength.
Tray caser and container stacking system
Products sent from the filling machine are aligned in containers, and the containers are stacked in the specified number of layers.
Aseptic rice filling and packaging system
A high-quality system that measures sterile rice, fills it with water, and seals the container in a sterile environment.
Washed rice filling system
In this system, a container is filled with soaked rice that has been mass-weighed, and the weight is measured, then, the rice is transferred to a cassette at a later process.
Aseptic rice tray sealing system
This system focuses on quality and stable operation by sealing the film to the container after UV sterilization of the film and nitrogen filling into the container.
