Tag and thread filling and packaging system
A high-speed system for welding, filling, and sealing threads and tags onto filters (compatible with biodegradable filters) without using a metal stapler.
AI soft X-ray bite inspection system
A proprietary AI-based system enables high-precision bite inspection for aluminum and other packaging materials that cannot be inspected with optical systems.
Exterior packaging system
This is a system in which two folded triangle packs are inserted into an outer packaging film and then individually packaged. Nitrogen is also used to prevent oxidation of the product.
Cartoner
This system is characterized by its compactness and stable operation, in which a predetermined number of individually packaged products flowing at high speed one by one on a conveyor are accumulated and inserted into a carton box.
