Traceability management
The on-site person in charge and manager of the customer's daily production line, such as the management of data for each lot, record sheets, reports, etc., are more burdensome than imagined. We can provide a system to output the data stored in the controller of the mechanical device to the tablet, customize it into a form according to the customer's request, and printing as well.

Sanitary and Foreign Matters Prevention
Customers in the food industry pay close attention to the sanitary environment in production plants and measures to prevent foreign matters from entering products. For the first time in the industry, by separating the conveyor from the filling process and the sealing process, we have been able to prevent food debris from being carried over to the next process. This has improved the cleaning efficiency. In addition, we have developed a robot picking system that removes all food from the conveyor so that food does not remain on the conveyor for a long time, contributing to the maintenance of customers' sanitary environments.

Optimization of the entire plant

When a new line is installed or a new plant is constructed by a customer, productivity is greatly affected not only by the location of the equipment, but also by the location where materials are stored and the flow of workers.
