Automation of ingredient supply
In order to solve labor shortages and improve quality (without human intervention), we will provide an automated system for ingredient supply, which still requires a lot of manual labor.
Fried tofu and tempura supply system
This system automatically supplies deep-fried tofu, tempura, etc. to cups, etc. at high speed, high quality and high input rate.
Sachet ingredient supply system
This is a system that realizes a high input rate because it can pick up overlapping sachets by AI.
Sachet material feeding machine linked with material supply.
This is a system that supplies sachets to cups, etc., in conjunction with an automatic sachet insertion machine after a rolled sachets has been cut one by one. This machine uses a soft handling mechanism that sucks sachets by vacuum while following them as they flow.
Fork and spoon ingredient supply system
This is a system to supply spoons and forks to cups and so on.
