INSPECTION
It is possible to distinguish the top and bottom of overlapping sachets.
We provide a state-of-the-art system in which AI determines the top and bottom of a sachets and picks only the sachet on the upper side by a robot even if sachets are piled up on a conveyor.
Complete cut-off picking system
It is a non-circulating conveyor type picking system. Since the conveyor does not circulate, the switching time can be shortened. It is effective for single picking robot systems such as assorted lines.
Circulating conveyor picking system
This is a circulating ting conveyor type picking system. It can achieve a high input rate with a small conveyor supply for a high-capacity line. For a line composed of multiple picking robots, a network is built to average the operation rate of the robots.
