Design phase

Digital technologies such as state-of-the-art 3D modeling, 3D point cloud data and line simulation software are used for detailed product design and performance prediction. This contributes to improving product performance and quality as well as shortening product development time. In addition, in the coordination of the entire production line, these technologies are actively used to achieve overall optimization.

Manufacturing phase

In our company, the design and manufacturing departments cooperate and share 3D data drawings. This initiative can be effectively used in component assembly and feedback work, which not only improves quality but also reduces assembly time and realizes quick feedback work.
In addition, during the trial operation, we collect and analyze machine operation data to optimize the production process. This improves production efficiency and strengthens quality control.

Maintenance phase

Real-time monitoring using sensors and the Internet of Things (IoT) enables constant monitoring of machine conditions, preventive maintenance, and early detection of problems.

By building an efficient communication and cooperation system, our efforts are leading to more effective management of the product development and manufacturing process, leading to higher customer satisfaction.

3D Modeling

Utilizing state-of-the-art 3D modeling systems, we provide innovative performance and high-quality systems. By creating highly detailed 3D models, we are able to work closely with simulation technology and 3 Ð move data virtually like a real product. This allows us to check performance and quality at the drawing stage, providing innovative and optimal solutions.

3D point cloud data

Point cloud data in a factory acquired by a 3-D laser scanner is modeled in three dimensions and used for machine arrangement and simulation of loading and unloading to improve the efficiency of design examination and on site work.

Line simulation

In order to propose the optimum machine layout, the latest line simulation technology is used to reproduce the virtual production situation and the same movement as in the real world. It is possible to confirm in advance the amount of accumulation and the movement of the material supplier when the machine stops.

Sharing 3D data between design and manufacturing department

During machine assembly, the assembly procedure can be reviewed in detail by the mechanics on site by checking the 3 Ð data drawing on the monitor and checking it from various angles in three dimensions. In the restoration work during machine installation, a restoration procedure manual that works in cooperation with simulation technology is created, making it possible to greatly improve the efficiency of complicated work.
